Feelings intrude! You may say to yourself: he's a good professional, but I don't like him! He is blah, blah and not blah, blah. Last year he did blah and said blah, blah which upset me.

In addition to knowing about blips and blops, Zultan has extensive experience in weaving blips into blops, bla bla.

Thank you for this great information. Navigating the 'murky waters' of endorsements can be tricky.

I wrote my first Linkedin endorsement today, for an ex-colleague who was just super.
Thanks for these tips, they also apply to people you do like.

I can just say one thing "thank you!" for freeing me from my bla bla thoughts on writting recomandations for my friends and not so friends. This really make sense to me to write facts, And I was wondering what should I write all the time....

This is a great post, I agree that giving an endorsement late is rude. However, I believe that better late than never is a good philosophy. In my instance I have someone who had asked for an endorsement a few months back. I also consider them a friend. I just finished his endorsement with the help of your post. I think some of the block I had to write this endorsement had to do with the fact that it was late. I think you could go easier on that last paragraph.
